Co-director of the Spanish chapter of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) / Spain

He is doctor and professor of Communication Sciences at the Rey Juan Carlos University and researcher at the Chair Intelligence Services and Democratic Systems since its establishment in 2005. He also coordinates the inter-university Master for Intelligence Analysts. In 2013, he founded SCIP Spain (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals), the Spanish chapter of the International Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals founded 1986 in the United States.
