Undersecretary of Telecommunications of the Government of Chile / Chile

He is undersecretary of Telecommunications of the Government of Chile. Pedro is a lawyer with a master’s degree in Computer Law and Telecommunications from the University of Chile. In parliament, he served as legal counsel for Technology and Telecommunications. He also worked as a lawyer for the legal division of the Undersecretary of Telecommunications. Specializing in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), he is experienced in the national and international regulation of intellectual property, personal data, cybercrime and e-commerce. He promotes and actively participates in citizen technology-related movements, where he has met key players from the industry, government and parliament.
