He holds a Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the ITESM and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Syracuse, New York. He worked in the private sector as a researcher, professor and consultant; in the Public Administration sector he has held positions both at State and Federal level. He is currently in charge of the Asociación Nacional de Productores de Autobuses, Camiones y Tractocamiones, A.C. (ANPACT), holding the position of CEO and is member of the Managing Board of the Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (CONCAMIN) and Chairman of the Transportation Commission of that organisation.
