Javier has spent his entire professional career in the world of technology. Between 2010 and 2014, he worked in California as vice president, responsible for Database products and Big Data at Oracle, a company in which he has held several positions of responsibility for Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2004. Before this he was co-founder and vice president of Newknow Inc. as well as co-founder and CEO of Caotic.com. He was also director of Knowledge Management at Meta4 until it went public in 1999.
