Governor of the State of Pará (Brazil)
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Amazonia and a postgraduate degree with an Executive MBA in Public Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. In 2004, he was elected mayor of Ananindeua and became the youngest Mayor in the history of Pará. He has been Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Chief Minister of the National Secretariat of Ports, and Minister of National Integration of Brazil. In 2018 he was elected Governor of the State of Pará and re-elected in 2022, with more than 70% of the votes, being the most voted governor in Brazil.
