Victor holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering and has developed a professional career in the field of R&D+i financing consultancy. He is the president of the Spanish Association to Foster Funding for R&D+i (AFIDI) and an active expert participant in various working groups, both in public administration and with private entities and foundations, working to foster R&D+i.
