He is Co-founder and CEO at Globant. He studied at the University of La Plata, where he graduated as an electrical engineer, and holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of CEMA in Buenos Aires In 2003 he founded Globant with four friends. Today, Globant employs over 5,000 professionals. FastCompany rated Globant one of the 10 most innovative companies in South America. Martín and his founding partners at Globant were selected to be Endeavor Entrepreneurs and Latin Trade named him Emerging CEO of the Year. He was awarded the 2008 Konex Award for Innovative Entrepreneur and the 2009 Award for Argentinian Creative. He is a member of the Young President’s Organization and on the board of Endeavor Argentina, and Ernst & Young recognized him as Entrepreneur of the Year. [Argentina] @migoya
