Member of the National Magistrates Council / Argentina

He is a current member of the National Magistrates Council, where he represents the judicial body. He was part of the Council between 2006 and 2010, and between 2010 and 2014 he served as president of the Argentine Association of Magistrates and Officers of the National Body of Justice. Cabral has 45 years of experience as a lawyer, a profession he exerted until 1993, when he was appointed judge in the Oral Criminal Court nº 9.
